Joining is very easy.

Register at BIMANI and add your name, email, birthday and password. Select that you want to join CLUB BIMANI and receive exclusive promotions.

Joining CLUB BIMANI is free and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with priority access to promotions and product launches. Log in and begin to earn BIMs!

What are the benefits of joining CLUB BIMANI?

Our BIMANI CLUB is a tiered programme that allows our members to get better benefits as they level up. As a member you receive BIMs for every purchase, which you can use as a discount on future purchases. You also earn BIMs by writing reviews about your purchases and by inviting your friends to join the BIMANI CLUB. You will also earn BIMs on your birthday depending on your level. How can I use my BIMs?

You can use your BIMs both in store and for online purchases It’s very easy! In store, you just need to indicate that you wish to use them when you go to the till to pay.

When shopping online, you will see the amount you can redeem for your accumulated BIMs at checkout. Select the amount of BIMs you want to use and click on the"Use" button to use your discount.

Where can I see my updated BIMs total?

Check your total BIMs in your user area. You will be able to access your history and see all the BIMs you have added and deducted from your purchases, returns and other actions. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for your BIMs to be updated after a purchase or return.
You can also find your BIMs total by logging in and going to the CLUB BIMANI page.

How will I receive my birthday gift?

At BIMANI we want your birthday to be the most special day of the year, which is why we give you BIMs according to your level, so you can enjoy some of the advantages of CLUB BIMANI.

These BIMs will be available in your account  straight away, you don’t need a code. We will send you an email when you can start to enjoy your gift. (If your birthday is in the next 30 days, your gift will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days.)

Make sure that you have given your date of birth in your details.

Is there a limit on the number of BIMs I can earn?

No - that’s the best thing about being a member of the Club! You will always be able to earn more BIMs.

Do BIMs expire?

Yes, BIMs expire after 90 days.

How many BIMs can I use to get a discount on my order?

To apply a BIM discount you need a minimum of 40 BIMs.
The maximum number of BIMs that can be discounted on each purchase is 500.

• To apply 40 BIMs and discount €2 on your purchase, the order must be a minimum of €30.
• To apply 60 BIMs and discount €3 on your purchase, the order must be a minimum of €45.
• To apply 80 BIMs and discount €4 on your purchase, the order must be a minimum of €60.
• To apply 100 BIMs and discount €5 on your purchase, the order must be a minimum of €75.
• To apply 160 BIMs and discount €8 on your purchase, the order must be a minimum of €120.
• To apply 200 BIMs and discount €10 on your purchase, the order must be a minimum of €150.
• To apply 260 BIMs and discount €13 on your purchase, the order must be a minimum of €195.
• To apply 300 BIMs and discount €15 on your purchase, the order must be a minimum of €225.
• To apply 400 BIMs and discount €20 on your purchase, the order must be a minimum of €300.
• To apply 500 BIMs and discount €25 on your purchase, the order must be a minimum of €375.

The BIMs that you do not use will be available in your account for you to use whenever you want.
Its validity is 90 days.

How is the level I belong to determined?

Your CLUB BIMANI is set by the amount spent at BIMANI in a calendar year.
Once you have earned the necessary number of BIMs, you will move up a level and be able to enjoy the benefits of your new level during the next year and will keep the benefits of the previous level too.

Is it possible to move down a level?

Yes. Once you have reached a level, if during the following 12 months you do not generate the required BIMs of that level, you will be downgraded. You will be assigned the level corresponding to the BIMs generated in the last 12 months.

How can earn BIMs by recommending a friend?

Invite your friend through the CLUB BIMANI page, entereing their email or copying the link. You will receive 20 BIMs when they make their first purchase.

It is essential that they are a new customer (who has not made a purchase before) and that their email address is valid.

If I make a return, will I lose my BIMs?

as the BIMs are awarded for each euro spent, in the same way you will lose the points for any returns you make.

I made a purchase as a guest, can I add my BIMs to the account later?

We recommend that whenever you make a purchase, on the web or in store, you make sure that the purchase is being linked to your account, since it is not possible for us to add BIMs afterwards.

Since when have BIMs been generated? When did CLUB BIMANI start?

CLUB BIMANI officially began on 2 March
2023. However, all purchases made since October 19 2022 with customer account, have been taken in account to earn BIMs at launch.

Are points earned for purchases made with a gift card?

No, because the points are awarded when the gift card is puchased,their use does not generate additional points.
