International Shipping Terms
1. Delivery Times
Orders with international destinations will be delivered within an estimated period of 14 to 21 business days from order confirmation.
For shipments to the United States, the estimated delivery time will be 14 to 21 business days, which may exceptionally be extended depending on customs clearance times and the transport operation at the destination.
The indicated times are merely indicative and are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. Geographical Limitations
The company reserves the right to restrict or cancel shipments to certain countries or regions that present conflicts, political instability, logistical restrictions, or operational limitations by transport providers. In these cases, the order will not be allowed to be formalized, or, failing that, it will be canceled and refunded.
3. Shipping Conditions and External Factors
The customer acknowledges and accepts that international shipments are subject to the intervention of third parties, including, but not limited to:
- Customs authorities
- International shipping companies and local logistics operators
- Security controls and inspection procedures
Consequently, the company will not be responsible for delays arising from such external factors, including customs retentions, inspections, logistical incidents, or delays in final delivery.
4. Incident Management
In case of significant delay or incident in delivery, the company will actively monitor the shipment and provide the customer with available information, committing to collaborate in resolving any incident within its possibilities.
