Terms and conditions of promotions

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE TOTE BAG PROMOTION

From May 13 to 25, 2025, for purchases equal to or greater than €180, an exclusive BIMANI tote bag will be given as a gift. The return or exchange of any product purchased for an amount equal to or greater than €180 that reduces the initial purchase to less than €180 will entail the simultaneous return of the gift received, all in the same condition as it was delivered. If the tote bag received as a gift cannot be returned or is not in the condition in which it was delivered, the return or exchange of the product that entitled it to be acquired as a gift will not be accepted, unless the amount of the gift is collected. In any other case not indicated, the return conditions of the establishment where the products were purchased will apply. Promotion valid in BIMANI stores, BIMANI spaces at El Corte Inglés, as well as on the website www.bimani.com and the BIMANI app.

A single gift will be awarded per purchase receipt. This cannot be combined with other promotions.

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE HOMEWEAR & TOILETRY BAG PROMOTION  

For the joint purchase of one of the following sets:  

  • Set 1: AISHA robe and PIPPA nightgown  

  • Set 2: Hydrangeas mini toiletry bag and Hydrangeas toiletry bag  

A 20% discount will be applied to the lowest-priced product in the set.  

The return or exchange of one of the products purchased together and which gave rise to the discount will result in the loss of the benefit applied, and the customer must pay the amount equivalent to the discount enjoyed, unless the other product in the set is also returned in the same condition as when it was delivered. If any of the products cannot be returned or is not in the same condition as when it was delivered, the return or exchange of the other product that gave rise to the promotion will not be accepted, unless the amount of the discount applied is applied.  

For all matters not covered by these terms and conditions, BIMANI's general sales and return conditions will apply.
