LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE MOTHER'S DAY RAFFLE “DAUGHTER OF…” BIMANI 13 DESIGN, S.L.
1. Organizer
The company BIMANI 13 DESIGN, S.L.U. (hereinafter, "BIMANI" or the "Organizer"), with tax ID B86961711 and registered office at Calle Génova 15, 1º Izquierda, C.P. 28004, Madrid, organizes this raffle (hereinafter, the "RAFFLE") under its responsibility.
2. Territorial Scope and Participants
The raffle is valid nationwide (Spain) and individuals over 18 years of age may participate.
3. Participation Requirements and Promotion Duration
Participation is free, voluntary, and limited to those who meet all the following requirements: All individuals who:
· Answer the question in the comments: Whose daughter are you?
· Share the "Hija de…" campaign video in their stories, tagging @bimani13
· Follow @bimani13
All of the above must be completed between 8:00 PM on April 19, 2026, and 3:00 PM on April 23, 2026.
Should irregularities in participants' behavior be detected, BIMANI reserves the right to disqualify said participant. It also reserves the right to disqualify any participant deemed to be false or of dubious origin based on X, Facebook, or Instagram profile standards.
4. Raffle Prize
· 4.1 Outfit Prize (5 winners):
Each winner will receive:
- A complete BIMANI outfit (2 garments, 1 pair of shoes) with a maximum value of €400.
- An additional outfit with the same conditions for their mother or designated person.
· 4.2 Special "Golden Ticket" Prize (1 winner):
The "Golden Ticket" prize will consist of the winning person, along with their mother, having the opportunity to access a BIMANI store designated by the organization and having a maximum of one (1) minute to select products.
During this period, the winning person and their companion may freely choose the items available in the store, with the following conditions:
- The prize will be subject to stock availability.
- Products excluded by the brand will not be included.
- The prize redemption date will be agreed upon with BIMANI.
- All selected garments must be worn on the body before the established time limit expires.
The use of bags, baskets, additional companions, or any other external elements to accumulate products will not be allowed.
Only garments worn by the winning person and their companion at the end of the established minute will be considered valid, and therefore included in the prize.
5. Selection and Notification of Winners
The winners will be randomly selected using an external specialized raffle tool that guarantees transparency and objectivity of the process, such as Easypromos or similar.
Specifically, 5 main winners will be chosen for the outfit prize and 1 additional winner for the "Golden Ticket" prize, as well as their respective alternates.
Winners will be announced on Instagram Stories and contacted via direct message. If they do not respond within 48 hours, an alternate will be chosen.
6. General Conditions.
6.1. Acceptance of the legal terms and conditions:
The mere fact of participating in the Raffle implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as BIMANI's discretion to resolve any matter related to the Raffle.
BIMANI reserves the right to modify or expand these terms and conditions at any time if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the same means used to announce the Raffle, without obliging BIMANI to compensate participants financially or by any other means.
Acceptance of the legal terms and conditions expressly implies that, if a winner or winners are chosen, the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
6.2. Limitations on participation:
BIMANI has the authority to exclude participants who do not meet the necessary requirements to participate in the Raffle or to win, as well as those who, in BIMANI's opinion, violate any of the provisions established in these legal terms and conditions or engage in actions that harm, alter, or impede the proper and normal development of the Raffle, or if the data provided for participation is invalid.
Excluded participants will automatically lose their right to the Prize. If any of them had won the Raffle, it will be repeated to determine a new winner.
BIMANI reserves the right to take any legal action against those who engage in any type of act that can be considered fraudulent in the development of the Raffle and enjoyment of the Prize.
7. Personal Data Protection:
BIMANI 13 DESIGN, S.L.U., hereinafter RESPONSIBLE, is responsible for the processing of the participant's personal data and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on personal data protection, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of their personal data and on the free movement of such data, for which the following information regarding the processing is provided:
8. Taxation
Prizes will be subject to current tax regulations in Spain.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms are subject to Spanish law. Any claim related to the raffle must be submitted within one month following the date thereof, by sending it in writing to consultas@bimani.com. In case of dispute regarding the application or interpretation of these terms and conditions, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any litigation will be subject to the courts of the city of Madrid.
