Para conservar la suela o cuña, podemos espolvorear polvos de talco con cuidado, sólo en la suela o cuña “nunca en la lona”. Dejar actuar durante diez minutos y retirar con un cepillo de cerdas blandas cepillando suavemente, una vez transcurra ese tiempo. Para la capellada o lona, limpiar usando un trapo de algodón blanco humedecido con agua y jabón neutro, insistir en la mancha con cuidado hasta que esta desaparezca, después pasar otro trapo, sólo humedecido con agua, para terminar dejaremos secar.
