What is the maximum period for changes and returns?

The maximum period to exchange or return your purchase is 15 days from the date of purchase in a physical store.
In the case of an online order, it is 15 days from when you receive the order at the shipping address.
If you select in-store pickup, you have 15 days from when you receive confirmation that it is "available in-store for pickup."

*You have 15 days to pick up your purchase from the moment you receive the email confirming its availability in store.

Do not exceed the maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt.

Due to the Christmas campaign, we are extending the period for exchanges and returns. Purchases made after November 23 can be exchanged or returned until January 11.

The item must be with its original labelling and must be in the same condition. Shoes must be returned with the box and its contents in perfect condition. In the event that the shoe box is used as a shipping box, suffering damage for this reason, the cost of the box, €3, will be deducted from the return amount. Bikinis and swimsuits must be returned in perfect condition, with the original protective sticker, label and bag.

Exchanges and returns of custom-made or altered garments are not accepted.


All returns made from national territory (with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) must be collected by our transport agency or delivered to one of our stores. The cost of shipping returns managed directly by the customer will be borne by the customer. In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, if the courier delivering the package requests any payment, we will not be able to take charge of said transaction.

In-store returns are FREE.

The first home pick-up exchange is FREE (mainland). The cost of the first exchange for the Balearic Islands is 10 euros. If you select the exchange and return of several items from the same order, the exchange will not be free*

Returns with home collection, as well as second and subsequent exchanges, have a cost of 4.50 euros per package, with a maximum of 4 items. An additional 1 euro will be charged for each extra item included in the package (mainland national territory).

The cost for returns from the Balearic Islands is 14.50 euros per package, with a maximum of 4 items. An additional 1 euro will be charged for each extra item included in the package.

*In case of international return (United Kingdom, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland, Andorra, etc.) that involves a cost at the time of delivery, BIMANI will not be responsible for the payment of the same.

Find our web form (here) to tell us which items you are returning, giving your email or telephne and the order number. Follow the steps.

  1. Find your nearest store

Go to one of our BIMANI stores. You can find the addresses here.

  1. Return the items in store

They do not need to be packaged. They only need to have their original labelling and be in perfect condition.

  1. Fill out the web form for returns and exchanges

Find our web form (here) to indicate the products you are going to return, giving your email or telephone number and the order number. Follow the steps indicated.

  1. Prepare your package

Print the return slip (you can find it in the email you will receive when requesting the return or at the end of the request process).

Pack the items you want to return in a box in good condition and which is securely sealed. We recommend using the BIMANI box in which you received our garments. Don't forget to include the return delivery note.

  1. Hand over the items to the carrier

The carrier will come to pick up the package at the indicated address. Since we cannot guarantee the carrier's time slot, it is important that you request pickup at a location where the package can be delivered throughout the day. You do not need to print a transport label.

If you want to make an exchange in store, follow the steps to make a return of your online order in store, and buy what you are interested in one of our stores. In store you will only pay the difference in price between what you are returning and what you are exchanging.  Hereare the addresses.

    1. Find our web form (here) to indicate the products you are going to return, giving your e-mail or telephone number and the order number. Follow the steps.

      1. Select the new item you want

      You will be able to choose between changing the size of the same product, or selecting any other product in the store (as long as it is available on the website). We remind you that we only accept exchanges for the same or a higher amount.

      1. Confirm your details

      Please confirm the collection address.

      1. Payment methods

      In the event that the product to be exchanged is of a higher amount, you must select the payment method.

      1. Prepare your package

      Print the return slip (you can find it in the email you will receive when requesting the return or at the end of the request process).

      Pack the items you want to return in a box in good condition and tightly closed. We recommend using the BIMANI box in which you received our garments. Don't forget to include the return delivery note.

      1. Deliver the garments to the carrier and receive the requested garment.

      The courier will come to pick up the package at the indicated address. At the same time, the courier will deliver the new garments to you. You do not need to print any transport label.

      As we cannot guarantee the carrier's time slot, it is important that you request pickup at a location where the package can be delivered throughout the day.

    You will only have to pay the difference in price that exists with respect to the garment you want to change.

    You will receive the amount through the same form of payment used in your purchase in a maximum estimated time of 15 days from the confirmation of the acceptance of the return, depending on your bank.

    Exchanges and returns of custom-made or altered garments are not accepted.

    Returns are not accepted for accessories purchased in stores such as scarves, bows, cream, perfume, handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, cosmetic bags, flowers or belts.

    Customised garments with patches have special exchange and return conditions. All garments that have been personalised will not be eligible for any type of exchange or return.

    Pre-order orders can be exchanged or returned. The period is 15 days from when you receive the order at home or it arrives at the store.

    Purchases of BIMANI items made at our El Corte Inglés centres can only be returned or exchanged at El Corte Inglés centres and will be subject to the centre's conditions.

    Orders placed online or in our physical stores cannot be returned or exchanged at El Corte Inglés stores.
