What is the maximum term for changes and returns?

What is the maximum period for changes and returns?

The maximum period to exchange or return your purchase is 15 days from the date of purchase in a physical store.
In the case of an online order, it is 15 days from when you receive the order at the shipping address.
If you select in-store pickup, you have 15 days from when you receive confirmation that it is "available in-store for pickup."

*You have 15 days to pick up your purchase from the moment you receive the email confirming its availability in store.

Do not exceed the maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The garment must have its original tags and must be in perfect condition.

Shoes must be returned with the box and its contents in perfect condition. If the shoe box is used as a shipping box and is damaged as a result, the cost of the box (€3) will be deducted from the refund. Bikinis and swimsuits must be returned in perfect condition, with the original protective sticker, tag, and bag.

No returns are accepted for custom-made or altered items.

Returns from different orders cannot be combined into a single package.


All returns from within mainland Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) must be collected by our shipping agency or delivered to one of our stores. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For returns to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, if the courier delivers the package and requests payment, this amount will be deducted from the refund.

If you want a different size, color, or model, simply return the item and place a new order.

We will cover the shipping costs for your new order: simply make the request and once done you will receive an email with a discount code so you can manage the new purchase at no additional cost.

In-store returns are FREE.

Returns with home collection have a cost
€4.50 per pack, with a maximum of 4 items, and they cannot be combined.
A €1 fee will be charged for returns of items from different orders in a single transaction.

Find our web form (here) to tell us which items you are returning, giving your email or telephne and the order number. Follow the steps.

  1. Find your nearest store

Go to one of our BIMANI stores. You can find the addresses here.

  1. Return the items in store

They do not need to be packaged. They only need to have their original labelling and be in perfect condition.

Home pick up

  1. Fill out the web form for returns and exchanges

Find our web form (here) to indicate the products you are going to return, giving your email or telephone number and the order number. Follow the steps indicated.

  1. Prepare your package

Print the return slip (you can find it in the email you will receive when requesting the return or at the end of the request process).

Pack the items you want to return in a box in good condition and which is securely sealed. We recommend using the BIMANI box in which you received our garments. Don't forget to include the return delivery note.

  1. Hand over the items to the carrier

The carrier will come to pick up the package at the indicated address. Since we cannot guarantee the carrier's time slot, it is important that you request pickup at a location where the package can be delivered throughout the day. You do not need to print a transport label.

You will receive the amount through the same form of payment used in your purchase in a maximum estimated time of 15 days from the confirmation of the acceptance of the return, depending on your bank.

What items do not allow changes and returns?

Exchanges and returns of custom-made or altered garments are not accepted.

Returns are not accepted for accessories purchased in stores such as scarves, bows, cream, perfume, handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, cosmetic bags, flowers or belts.

Customised garments with patches have special exchange and return conditions. All garments that have been personalised will not be eligible for any type of exchange or return.

Pre-order orders can be exchanged or returned. The period is 15 days from when you receive the order at home or it arrives at the store.

Returns and exchanges El Corte Inglés

Purchases of BIMANI items made at our El Corte Inglés centres can only be returned or exchanged at El Corte Inglés centres and will be subject to the centre's conditions.

Orders placed online or in our physical stores cannot be returned or exchanged at El Corte Inglés stores.
