What is the BIMANI CLUB and how does it work?
At CLUB BIMANI you can enjoy exclusive discounts in store and online, and get unique experiences by accumulating BIMs, our Club currency. To become part of CLUB BIMANI, you just have to create an account at BIMANI, either in store or on bimani.com . And subscribe to our Newsletter to accept commercial communications.

How do I join CLUB BIMANI?
Signing up is very simple.
Register at BIMANI and add your name, email, birthday and password. Select that you want to access the BIMANI CLUB and receive commercial communications.
Joining the BIMANI CLUB is free and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with priority access to promotions and launches. If you have an account with us, you are already part of our loyalty program. Log in and start collecting BIMs!

How can I exchange my BIMs? If I make a return, do I lose my BIMs?
How can I redeem my BIMs?
You can use your accumulated BIMs both in-store and online. It's very simple! In-store, you just have to indicate it at the checkout. In-store you cannot choose as many BIMs as you want. We have different options to choose the one that best suits what you want to use.
For online purchases, you will see the amount you can deduct from your accumulated BIMs at checkout. Select the number of BIMs you want to use and click the "Use" button to get your discount.
If I make a return, do I lose my BIMs?
Since BIMs are earned for every euro spent on a purchase, you will also lose points from returns made.
Where can I check my updated total of BIMs?

Check your total BIMs in your user area. You will be able to access the history and see all the BIMs you have added and deducted with your purchases, returns and other actions. Please note that your BIMs may take up to 48 hours to update after a purchase or return.
How do I receive my birthday gift?

At BIMANI we want your birthday to be the most special date of the year, so we will give you BIMs according to the level you belong to, so that you can enjoy some of the advantages of the BIMANI CLUB.
These BIMs will be available in your account directly, you don't need any code. We will notify you by e-mail when you can start enjoying your gift. (If your birthday is in the next 30 days, your gift will be delivered no later than 30 days.)
Make sure you have indicated your date of birth in your data.

Yes, the BIMs have an expiration of 90 days.
How is the level to which I belong determined?

Your CLUB BIMANI level is determined by the amount spent on BIMANI in a (calendar) year.
Once you reach the necessary BIMs, you will level up and have access to the benefits of your new level for the following year and you will maintain the benefits of the previous level.

Is it possible to level down?
Is it possible to level down?
Yes. Once you reach a level, if during the following 12 months you do not generate the necessary BIMs of that level, you will be downgraded. You will be assigned the level corresponding to the BIMs generated in the last 12 months.

Invite your friend through our CLUB BIMANI page by entering their email or copying the link. Receive 20BIMs when they make their first purchase.
It is essential that you are a new customer (who has not purchased before) and that your email address is valid.

You can use any number of BIMs in your purchases. No limit per order.
Any BIMs you don't use will be available in your account for you to use whenever you want.

What is pre-sale?
Pre-sales consist of purchasing a product on request, that is, prior to its production.
In this way we can produce in a controlled manner, a method that helps us create less environmental impact.
When purchasing a pre-order item, the rest of the items in the same order will not arrive until the pre-order item has arrived.
All our sizes are available for pre-order.
Pre-order orders are eligible for exchanges or returns.
Why is it a limited pre-sale?
Pre-sales are limited, i.e. with a maximum number of units per model. The reason for this limit is the maximum production capacity of our national workshops.

After making your purchase you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email. As soon as we have it ready, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email indicating that your order is ready and the expected delivery time. Also, if you have a BIMANI account, you can check the status of your order in your personal area.

You can select the "Pick up in store" option in the following BIMANI stores:

In order to collect your order, we will need you to show us the "Shipping Confirmation" email and provide us with the order number and your name. For the collection, you do not need to wait in the checkout line. Ask the store staff and they will provide you with your package.

You have 15 days from the date you received your package to make any exchange or return. In the case of collection in store, the 15-day period will start from the day the order arrives at the store.

Do not exceed the maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt.
The garment must have its original label and must be in perfect condition.
Shoes must be returned with the box and its contents in perfect condition. In the event that the shoe box is used as a shipping box and is damaged for this reason, the cost of the box, €3, will be deducted from the return amount. Bikinis and swimsuits must be returned in perfect condition, with the original protective sticker, label and bag.
Exchanges and returns of custom-made or altered garments are not accepted.
Returns cannot be combined into one package nor can exchanges and returns be combined.
All returns made from national territory (with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) must be collected by our transport agency or delivered to one of our stores. The cost of shipping returns managed directly by the customer will be borne by the customer. In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, if the courier delivering the package requests any payment, this will be deducted from the amount of the return of the order.

In-store returns are FREE.
The first home pick-up change is FREE (mainland). The cost of the first change for the Balearic Islands is 10 euros.
If you select the exchange and return of several items from the same order, the exchange will not be free.
Returns with home collection, as well as second and subsequent exchanges, have a cost of 4.50 euros per package, with a maximum of 4 items. An additional 1 euro will be charged for each extra item included in the package (mainland national territory).
The cost for returns from the Balearic Islands is 14.50 euros per package, with a maximum of 4 items. An additional 1 euro will be charged for each extra item included in the package.
Returns to convenience stores cost €4.50 per package, with a maximum of 4 items. An additional €1 will be charged for each extra item included in the package (mainland).

there are two different ways to make a return:
In store
- Fill in the web returns form
Find our web form (here) to tell us which items you are returning, giving your email or telephne and the order number. Follow the steps.
- Find your nearest store
Go to one of our BIMANI stores. You can find the addresses here.
- Return the items in store
They do not need to be packaged. They only need to have their original labelling and be in perfect condition.
Home pick up

Find our web form (here) to indicate the products you are going to return, giving your email or telephone number and the order number. Follow the steps indicated.
- Prepare your package
Print the return slip (you can find it in the email you will receive when requesting the return or at the end of the request process).
Pack the items you want to return in a box in good condition and which is securely sealed. We recommend using the BIMANI box in which you received our garments. Don't forget to include the return delivery note.
- Hand over the items to the carrier
The carrier will come to pick up the package at the indicated address. Since we cannot guarantee the carrier's time slot, it is important that you request pickup at a location where the package can be delivered throughout the day. You do not need to print a transport label.

If you want to make an exchange in store, follow the steps to make a return of your online order in store, and buy what you are interested in one of our stores. In store you will only pay the difference in price between what you are returning and what you are exchanging. Hereare the addresses.

You will be able to choose between changing the size of the same product, or selecting any other product in the store (as long as it is available on the website). We remind you that we only accept exchanges for the same or a higher amount.
Please confirm the collection address.
In the event that the product to be exchanged is of a higher amount, you must select the payment method.
Print the return slip (you can find it in the email you will receive when requesting the return or at the end of the request process).

Customised garments with patches have special exchange and return conditions. All garments that have been personalised will not be eligible for any type of exchange or return.

No, the fact of including an item in the basket does not guarantee its reservation or availability. There are items in high demand that may be sold out before you complete the purchase even though they were available when you added them to your basket.

3. If you want to give us permissions, you will have to reply to our comment with #SiBIMANIstyle.

How do you get a Web Gift Card or e-Card?
How do I purchase a web Gift Card or e-Card?
1. Select the amount of the e-Card you want to purchase.
2. If you want the gift card to be sent to another person, you will need to enter their email address when processing the purchase.
3. Remember the following important information about using the e-Card:
· You can use your e-Card both on the website and in our physical stores.
· The e-Card consists of a personalized email containing a code. It does not include home delivery of a physical card or any other product or packaging.
· It is a bearer document. BIMANI will not replace the Card in case of theft, loss, misplacement or damage.
· The e-Card has no expiration period.
· You will be able to check the balance of your e-Card in the email notifications that you will receive from our website.
· The return period is 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that the e-Card has not been used. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns of purchases paid with an e-Card will be refunded to the same Gift Card. That is, to the same code received by email. You will receive an email confirming the return. You will be able to know the balance of your e-Card in the email notifications that you will receive from our website.
If at the time of purchase you have used more than one payment method and make a partial refund of your order, the refund will go primarily to the Gift Card.

Aplazame allows you to make your purchase now and divide the payment as best suits you.
You only have to select Aplazame as payment method when you go to complete your order and choose between dividing your purchase into 4 interest-free payments (free for you) or financing your purchase for up to 36 months, being able to choose the day of the month on which start paying.
