Terms and conditions of promotions

For the joint purchase of one of the following sets:  

A 20% discount will be applied to the lowest-priced product in the set.  

The return or exchange of one of the products purchased together and which gave rise to the discount will result in the loss of the benefit applied, and the customer must pay the amount equivalent to the discount enjoyed, unless the other product in the set is also returned in the same condition as when it was delivered. If any of the products cannot be returned or is not in the same condition as when it was delivered, the return or exchange of the other product that gave rise to the promotion will not be accepted, unless the amount of the discount applied is applied.  

For all matters not covered by these terms and conditions, BIMANI's general sales and return conditions will apply.  

Promotion valid in BIMANI stores, BIMANI locations at El Corte Inglés, on the website www.bimani.com , and on the BIMANI app . A single discount will be applied per purchase receipt . Cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, discounts, or promotional codes.  

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE BATHROOM PROMOTION  

From May 22 to June 18, 2025, both dates inclusive, for the purchase of any swimwear item (bikini or swimsuit) from BIMANI, the customer will be able to obtain a 15% discount on any kaftan or pareo from the “ beachwear ” collection while supplies last.  

Any return or exchange of purchased swimwear that results in the promotion no longer being fulfilled (i.e., no longer containing any swimwear items on the same receipt) will entail the simultaneous return of the kaftan or sarong obtained at the discount, with the customer being required to pay the amount equivalent to the discount enjoyed. Similarly, if the kaftan or sarong cannot be returned or is not in the same condition as when it was delivered, the return or exchange of the swimwear item(s) that gave rise to the promotion will not be accepted, unless the customer redeems the amount of the discount applied.  

For all matters not covered by these terms and conditions, BIMANI's general sales and return conditions will apply.
