You have 30 days from the date you received your package to make any exchange or return. In the case of in-store collection, if you do not collect the order within 15 days, the 30-day period will start to run from the 15 days in which the order arrived at the shop.
During the Christmas period the returns and exchange period is extended, purchases made after 23 November can be exchanged or returned until 11 January.

The item must have its original labels and be in the same condition. Shoes must be returned in the box and in perfect condition. If the shoebox from a pair of shoes is used as packaging to return the shoes and becomes damaged, the cost of this will be deducted from the refund.
Made to order and altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns within Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), must be collected by our transport agency or dropped off at one of our stores. Customers shall be responsible for the cost of shipping for returns if they have arranged the shipping themselves. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, if the shipping company requires any payment when they deliver the parcel to use, this will be discounted from the order.

In-store returns are FREE.
Your first return with home pick-up is FREE (peninsular Spain). The cost of the first exchange for the Balearic Islands is 10 euros.
Returns with home collection, as well as second and subsequent exchanges, have a cost of 4.50 euros per package, with a maximum of 4 items. An additional 1 euro will be charged for each extra item included in the package (national peninsular territory).
The cost for returns from the Balearic Islands is from 14.50 euros per parcel, with a maximum of 4 items. You will be charged 1 euro per additional item.

How can I return an item?

there are two different ways to make a return:
In store
- Fill in the web returns form
Find our web form (here) to tell us which items you are returning, giving your email or telephne and the order number. Follow the steps.
- Find your nearest store
Go to one of our BIMANI stores. You can find the addresses here.
- Return the items in store
They do not need to be packaged. They only need to have their original labelling and be in perfect condition.
Home pick up
- Fill out the web form for returns and exchanges
Find our web form (here) to indicate the products you are going to return, giving your email or telephone number and the order number. Follow the steps indicated.
- Prepare your package
Print the return slip (you can find it in the email you will receive when requesting the return or at the end of the request process).
Pack the items you want to return in a box in good condition and which is securely sealed. We recommend using the BIMANI box in which you received our garments. Don't forget to include the return delivery note.
- Hand over the items to the carrier
The carrier will come to pick up the package at the indicated address. Since we cannot guarantee the carrier's time slot, it is important that you request pickup at a location where the package can be delivered throughout the day. You do not need to print a transport label.

You have two options to make an exchange:
In Store return
If you want to make an exchange in store, follow the steps to make a return of your online order in store, and buy what you are interested in one of our stores. In store you will only pay the difference in price between what you are returning and what you are exchanging. Hereare the addresses.

- Deliver the garments to the carrier and receive the requested garment.
Find our web form (here) to indicate the products you are going to return, giving your e-mail or telephone number and the order number. Follow the steps.
You will be able to choose between changing the size of the same product, or selecting any other product in the store (as long as it is available on the website). We remind you that we only accept exchanges for the same or a higher amount.
Please confirm the collection address.
In the event that the product to be exchanged is of a higher amount, you must select the payment method.
Print the return slip (you can find it in the email you will receive when requesting the return or at the end of the request process).
Pack the items you want to return in a box in good condition and tightly closed. We recommend using the BIMANI box in which you received our garments. Don't forget to include the return delivery note.
The courier will come to pick up the package at the indicated address. At the same time, the courier will deliver the new garments to you. You do not need to print any transport label.
As we cannot guarantee the carrier's time slot, it is important that you request pickup at a location where the package can be delivered throughout the day.

After making your purchase you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email. As soon as we have it ready, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email indicating that your order is ready and the expected delivery time. Also, if you have a BIMANI account, you can check the status of your order in your personal area.

You can select the “Collect in store” option for the following BIMANI stores:

In order to collect your order, we will need you to show us the "Shipping Confirmation" email and provide us with the order number and your name. For collection, you do not need to wait in the checkout queue. Ask the shop staff and they will give you your parcel.

Yes. To do so you need to have an account on our website. You can then enter your user area and find the information in “My Orders”.

Supported payment methods are Credit Card (Vista and Mastercard), American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. You can also finance your purchase in 36 months or pay in 4 instalments without interest with Aplazame.

To save your favourite products, you just need to select the item by clicking on the heart icon found on each of the photos of the product.
To see all of the items you have saved, click on the “heart” in the top right of the screen.
If you don't have an account with us, this information may not be saved.
In order to see your favourite products whenever you want, from any device, you need to create an account with us.

You can check to see if we have stock in our stores by clicking on the button "See availability in store”.
Are items in my cart automatically reserved?
Are items in my cart automatically reserved?
No, adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that it will be reserved or available. Some in-demand items may sell out before you complete your purchase even though they were available when you added them to your cart.
How does the sale of products from the shop through WhatsApp work?

On the product page you can see the in store availability.
To do this, go to the product you are interested in, select a size and click on the button "See availability in shop".
When you have done so, you will see with a red cross or a green tick whether or not there is stock in the shop. And a WhatsApp button so you can contact us to help you make the purchase.
We will check the stock in our stores and collect your details to place your order for home delivery or store collection.
You will receive an email so that you can finalise the payment process and complete your purchase. Your order will be ready in 24h-72h working hours.

1. Choose the amount for the e-Card you wish to purchase.
2. If you want to send the gift card to a another person, you need to enter their email address at time of purchase.
3. Remember this important information about the use of the e-Card:
· you can use your e-Card both on the website and in our physical shops.
· The e-Card consists of a personalised e-mail containing a code. It does not include the delivery of a physical card or any other product or packaging.
· It is a bearer document. BIMANI will not replace the card in the event of theft, loss, misplacement or damage.
· The e-Card does not have an expiry date.
· You will be able to check your e-Card balance in the e-mail notifications you receive from our website.
· The refund period is 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the e-Card has not been used. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase..

The e-Card has noe expiry date.
You will be able to check your e-Card balance in the e-mail notifications you receive from our website.
Before finalising your purchase, you will be able to select the e-Card as your payment method. To do so, you will need to include the code received by email.
You can use more than one e-Card for the same transaction.
if your purchase exceeds the balance of the e-Card, you can combine it with any other available payment methods

Refunds for purchases paid for with an e-Card will be refunded to the same Gift Card. That is, to the same code received by email. You will receive an email confirming the refund. You will be able to check the balance of your e-Card in the email notifications you will receive from our website.
If at the time of purchase you have used more than one payment method and you make a partial return of your order, the refund will go first to the Gift Card.

You can use your accumulated BIMs both in store and online. It's very easy! In store, you just have to indicate at the checkout that you wish to use them.
In online purchases, you will see the amount you can discount for your accumulated BIMs at checkout. Select the amount of BIMs you want to use and click on the "Use" button to get your discount.

As the BIMs are awarded for each euro spent, in the same way you will lose the points for any returns you make.

Check your total BIMs in your user area. You will be able to access your history and see all the BIMs you have added and deducted from your purchases, returns and other actions. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for your BIMs to be updated after a purchase or return.

At BIMANI we want your birthday to be the most special day of the year, which is why we give you BIMs according to your level, so you can enjoy some of the advantages of CLUB BIMANI.
These BIMs will be available in your account straight away, you don’t need a code. We will send you an email when you can start to enjoy your gift. (If your birthday is in the next 30 days, your gift will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days.)

Your CLUB BIMANI is set by the amount spent at BIMANI in a calendar year.
Once you have earned the necessary number of BIMs, you will move up a level and be able to enjoy the benefits of your new level during the next year and will keep the benefits of the previous level too.

Yes. Once you have reached a level, if during the following 12 months you do not generate the required BIMs of that level, you will be downgraded. You will be assigned the level corresponding to the BIMs generated in the last 12 months.

To apply a BIM discount you need a minimum of 40 BIMs.
The maximum number of BIMs that can be discounted on each purchase is 500.

- To apply 60 BIMs and discount €3 on your purchase, the order must be a minimum of €45.
- To apply 80 BIMs and discount €4 on your purchase, the order must be a minimum of €60.

Orders placed with shipping address in Spain-Peninsula will arrive at home or store the week of April 24, 2023. The delivery time is due to the production times of our national workshops.
What are pre-sales?
Pre-sales consist of acquiring a product to order, that is, before it has been produced. In this way, we have the possibility of producing in a controlled manner, reducing surplus stock.
At BIMANI we can carry out this type of sale thanks to the fact that our production is carried out entirely in Spain. We promote controlled production, which is much more sustainable and has less environmental impact.
Why is pre-sale limited?
Pre-sale is limited, that is to say, with a maximum number of units per model. The reason for this limit lies in the maximum production capacities of our national workshops. .
What sizes will be available?
At BIMANI we are committed to inclusive sizing. Therefore, garments can be purchased from size 32 to size 46, or the equivalent from size XS to XXL.
